Hey Kids, if you come across some spare energy, can you fling it my way? I have an appointment with a hypnotherapist on Friday...trying to get my panic/anxiety issues under control.

It's not "Go to sleep and think you're a chicken" hypnosis - this is a licensed and accredited social worker (MSW) with a specialty in these problems. So wish me luck!
