I feel so weak and miserable

I don't know what's going on with me. I can't hardly sleep at night anymore. When I do sleep, it's only for about 3-4 hours and I wake up. I only went to class once this week and this afternoon when I woke up, I felt so weak. The dreams I've been having have been so erratic and just down right crazy and like I stated, when I wake up, I feel shaky and weak all over. They just seem so real, like they've really happened. I'm so scared I don't know what to do anymore. Plz help me. :wah:

What dreams are you having? If they seem real, you maybe in a really deep sleep. At any rate, those dreams may indicate something too.

Thanks for talking to me in AIM hon. I feel okay. I was only asleep for 2 hours, but felt like I was asleep for 7 or 8. I guess I was just in a very deep sleep, but it felt like I really was somewhere. Guess it kind of freaked me out lol. Thanks all for the support.
