Well...I went to the ER yesterday, to get medicated for my impacted/infected wisdom tooth. I've been on the Antibiotics for about 24 hours now. I still don't feel all that much better. And my fever just won't quit. So..please send prayers and energy my way...I can't stand this being sick bit. And hubby doesn't deal too well with being around me when I'm such a "vegetable"...so...need your thoughts and prayers. Thanks.

Well guys..I had to go BACK to the ER last night, since the meds were not working. They gave me an IV drip of an antibiotic, and I'm feeling a little better today. I'm really weak from having the fever for so long though...so I've only been popping in and out of here once a day to check my forums. Keep the prayers coming. I've got to get to a dentist now....and unfortunately, with it being a holiday weekend, I'll have to wait until tuesday, at least. And then I'll have to find the soonest appointment I can, no matter the cost :( So..keep the energies coming..i'll need em. I'll keep you all posted.

impacts are bad. You should be able to get an emergency visit. May want an oral surgeon (forot the fancy name). I would take whichever is fastest. And man, you talk about RELIEF!!!!

Dont forget to ask for drugs! hehe

I know exactly how you feel. When my wisdom teeth decided to come in all at once I had no insurance and had to wait almost a week for the first visit, then another week for the second, ugh. Luckily I got a good prescription, lol. Unfortunately I had no insurance, luckily my fiance had money for the first visit and my parents paid for the second. You remain in my thoughts dear.

Ugh! I was heavily drugged when my wisdom teeth came out but recently I had to have a molar pulled due to an abcess (sp?) under it. I thought advil would kill the pain after it...Oh My God! I feel for you girl...tooth pain like that is almost as bad as childbirth..my prayers are with you for a speedy recovery!
