Any Gorey fans here? I love his artwork and short stories, and of course the Gashleycrumb Tinies!

I'm excited for the new Amphigory to come out, with all his random/unfinished stuff. Has anyone been to his house before? They've made it into museum and I've heard it's really awesome.

Oh yeah... I got hooked on his stuff at a young age, when I found out he did the opening credits to Mystery. :D

The Gashlycrumb Tinies was my daughter's first ABC book. Yes, we are morbid like that. She loves it. I also have Amphigorey, Also. I seem to recall falling in love with his books when I was in elementary school, sometime around fourth grade.

Been a fan ever since I wet my pants laughing at the opening to PBS's series "Mystery!" as a kid.

ME TOO!!!!!! I grew up watching Mystery! Thursday nights were sacred to me....oh how I miss Vincent Price's intros. Diana Rigg is good, but it's not the same. I really wish PBS would air some of the old Mystery episodes.

I've been a fan for a long time! Somewhere here I posted a thread about him some time ago. I have his poster on my dining room wall. It's the same poster that the pyramid collection sells in their catalog.
