I was happy to wake up and grab a Monday magazine on my way home from dropping the kid off at school today because this was the cover story, you can only read the article on line, cant see the cool graphics and stuff that was on the paper but its kool anyways....Iv lived Victoria my whole life and it is indeed great here...I scanned the cover of the paper.
