If you do not have access to or $$ for a certified trainer or coach, there are online services to help keep you motivated to eat well, exercise correctly and improve your daily lifestyle habits.
I began offering my services online in an effort to help those that live too far away to come to my facility and for those needing to save some cash. It has worked really well and folks are getting results. For me, real joy is helping other folks live life to the fullest.
If you don't take care of your physical-self, where will you live?

SPARK! is a method of exercisine in 10 minute increments to boost your metabolism and burn fat NOW! If you are 34+ your metabolism has begun to slow down. This method of exercise "turns up your thermostat" . You will see results in only 3 short weeks.
We start our clients with fifteen 10 minute sessions per week...including cardio sparks, flex sparks and power sparks.
most folks tell me that they just don't have time to drive to the gym, workout for 30minutes+, shower, change..drive home and all that jazz. But we have learned that EVERYBODY can find 10 minutes here and there in their day..even if it is at your desk.
It's fun, fast and best of all it really works. The body was buil to move and doesn't really care how long it gets activity at a time..just that it gets done. Exercise is cumulative...no need to spend 30/45/ 60 mintues at a time working out.
Bright Light and Warm Hugs to All.
