The deck I'm using is the Wheel of Change Tarot. I've drawn one card & a rune for each reading.

Emy - I've drawn the Prince of Swords (R) and the rune Dagaz. The card shows an Arabian prince, practicing a sword dance. He is following very precise directions, paying close attention to his movements & details. Are you working on something that takes a lot of time? The reading is talking about practice & patience & how important it is to accomplish this goal. Maybe you're finding it hard to find the time, there are so many other distractions. The rune is talking about total awakening, self transformation. You will reach your goals through hard work & lots of practice.

Emerald Skye - I've drawn 10 of Cups (R) and the rune Hagalaz for you. The background of the card shows a green lush field. The cups are 10 various earthen pots, cups, & urns, all different in size and decoration. A river flows down & separates to flow around each cup. Behind them are 2 separate archeological dig sites. This is talking about your past as in your relationships with your parents or other relatives. In the reverse, the flow of the river is going from the front to the back, from the future to the past. As much as our past makes us who we are, don't always look back for the answers. A balance is needed to bring everything together. Hagalaz is about patterns, completeness, balance of night & day, focusing & control. Who we are is a sum of our ancestors - they provide the framework, the pattern - but being unique to ourselves, the energies are within us to control our future.

Amethyst Rose - I've drawn the Knight of Disk & the rune Tyr for you. The card shows an Aztec prince carrying a shield. His shield & clothing are colourfully decorated with beans. Immediately behind him is a large stone calender. A jaguar waits on a tree trunk next to the disk. In the background, a temple lights up the night sky with a ray of yellow & blue light. The jaguar shows strength, power, nobility. The prince is responsible for his people's well being & security in the abundance of food & wealth. I think the beans & the calender are important here, representing future security & needs..long term goals, providing for the next generation, looking ahead. This shows that you've worked hard to achieve what you have now. Tyr is for courage, leadership, authority, success. The card & rune are encouraging you to develope a greater trust in yourself. Use your power - in this case, your buying power - to make things count, perhaps in a more earth friendly way?

This reading describes a lot of what has been going on in my life lately.
I have recently (two weeks ago), been promoted to full time at work, and around that time my hubby got laid off. So while he does have a bit of a severance, everything I've been making has been used for the majority of our expenses.

-- there's your working hard and supporting well being, security, food and wealth.... as well as working hard for achievments (promoted after only 1 month of work).

As for trusting in myself..... I'm sure I could work on that a bit more....certianly wouldn't hurt, at least. :)

Thanks for the reading, you did a great job!

:D

Well, I have been very busy lately, mostly with my studies, sometimes there is lots of work at the beginning of the semester and this is one of those semesters =) ... it usually calms down some after a while, and then just get completely chaotic around the exams.. :)

I've also worked lot's with my homepage, and I am not done yet, so I guess you can say I have been really busy... :)
