yes you are right. it is one of the best (convenient) charging methods for stones, because the moonlight is softer than the sun (so the stones that dnt take sun very well will not suffer).

as fort birth-stones; that depends on the tradition you ask. and there are country differnces.

basically its not easy fnding out what stone is for what sign, because consult 4 astrology books and you will get at least 5 opinions. lol
