View Full Version : Burning a Letter?
Memory's Flame

I am curious...
I felt compelled tonight to write a letter; one to a mutual aquaintance of my husband and I; one who has caused a lot of unneeded stress in both our lives. Would doing this and possibly burning it maybe help the situation?
This is something that has just kind of appeared to me this evening.

it sounds like a plan to me! burning the letter will release energies about your problem, it might make you feel better, and perhaps get the point across. if it doesn't work, you can always re-write the letter and deliver it to the person.

I think this is an excellent way to relieve stress. I use this all the time. I find it to be quite therapeutic.

Excelent plan! Pour yourself into it. Watching the problems burn with the letter can be quite therapeutic.

My only caution would be to be sure and focus on the distructive aspect of the burning as a similar technique can be used to charge processes/ideas as well as "release" them. Or include in the letter the idea of these problems stopping.
