If you could turn back time... What moder device would you want to bring back ?

Ok, heres a question for everyone.
If you had the power to make it so that the whole world went back to say a few hundred years after the ice age, and could re-start the world.
What would you take back with you ?

Me, I would take back a computer with a big hard drive and files on it telling how to make all technology up to what we have so far, and with files on how we could have made the planet better throughout the years.

What would you bring with you ? A.C , Electricity, etc. ?

Where would you plug it in? Besides, there'd be the language barrier problem.
If it were right at the end of the Ice Age, I think I'd like to be at Iron Age technological level, the ability to forge steel impliments. Modern stuff usually requires modern support. Electronics need a power source. As much as I love guns, sooner or later I'd run out of ammo. Television? In addition to the power supply problem, what signals are you going to receive?

Well, yeah, but its battery would eventually die, and then it just becomes luggage. Why not just write the stuff down on paper?

Well, you go back in time and change something, which then cause a ripple... when time gets back to where it is now, everything is different, your best friend could be dead... we could be in a nuclear war, the earth could be destroyed... or the sky has turned pink.

Personally, I am happy with my life and who I am, and I would never change a thing, it's made me who I am. I have no regrets.

Welll it's no wonder you feel that way then. Not all of us have it that good. I would give anything to be able to change some things I've done, things that've happened...I can't help but have regrets. Anyway, my answer all depends upon how far back in the past I'm going.

I would bring back one damn warm coat with super insoalted parts to it (like mountain climbing in Antartica worthy), some just as good gloves, boots...snow shoes...a big winter kit!
