Okay sorry if I spelt it wrong but they have products that suposively have pharmones and wearing it will attract a lover... I thought people already have pharmones... This is weird.

pheromones ---yes we have them. But some want a little extra. And it does work...I used to use a perfume that had some in it.

I've never used them, so I have no idea.

I don't think it has enough effect when wearing more to actually make a difference. We do have natural pheramones, which is where the idea came from. Eh. Who knows. Anything's possible but I'm not spending extra. I'd rather stick with my perfume of choice.

Never tried the perfume, I suppose most of us wash of our pheromone scent when we shower. Interestingly enough though, I watched some show over the weekend about scent and attraction. It seems that couples can be attracted to each other based upon their compatability for the best immunities to disease if passed to their children. I did not note the program as I didn't expect to need to refer to it, LOL. I'll try to post a link.
I bet the perfumes do work... :p

Don't believe in using pheromone-laced products personally. They may work, but I'm doubtful. <shrugs>

The perfume you buy has pheromones extracted from anal glands of musk ox and other sorts of animals with fragrance added to cover up the anal smell. :blech:

Quite true. Keep in mind, what you are hoping for is to find someone who is drawn to your pheromones and you in turn drawn to theirs. Applying synthetic ones that your body does not naturally produce is no different than attempting to tell a lie to garner someone's affection as it is sheer deception.
Also, perfumes, essential oils, these all can mask your own pheromones with varying degrees. I do not believe pheromones would have enough power to break apart two people who have a strong connection on whatever level or in whatever fashion the bond may be, but early on be careful if you are the type to cover up your natural pheromones.

I think pheremones are secreted in the arm pits...so at least stop using anti-perspirant...though for some people the smell might make them more unattractive.
Incidentally (and completely irrelevant), I heard that the sweat produced between your toes smells like a bitch in heat to a dog.

No. Showers will actually help in unmasking your pheromones. ;)

I sell products with pheromones in them. The pheromones are chemically created, no anal glands needed. And the purpose is not to cover up your own natural pheromones, creating a false attraction. The purpose is to enhance your own pheromones. Attraction by pheromones occurs every day. Even with your friends. On some basic level, your pheromones are attracted to others pheromones, creating an attraction that can be as basic as friends or as intricate as lovers.
I sell one product that is pure pheromones. If 20 people put a dab on their pulse points, within 5 minutes, each person would be emanating a different scent. Its quite interesting.

I totally agree here. I sell the products with phermones in them as well. I didn't know much about them until I started selling the products. and besides, people wear perfume and cologne to help attract the people....some ladies put on make up for the same thing. I dont see the difference.

a lot of people don't believe in pheremones at all... they simply don't believe they exist. i think thats a load of hooey. i think the artificial pheremones could work, but why use them when i have my own? (okay, maybe not such a great example, as i have yet to attract anyone...) but anyways, i say go ahead and try them out if you want. nobody's stopping you.

I found this article quite interesting. It suggests some pheromone perfumes actually have the desired effect.

 You silly people. ^.^ Pheromones are a lot different than BO. It -is- produced through sweat, however, it is not the BO smell. Infact, pheromones are theoretically scentless - the reaction that humans and animals have are mostly chemical, not mental. <.< ^_^ Pheromones are mainly produced when two people are attracted to each other - in women, they're also produced when they're most fertile, in a certain point of their ovulating stage. Here's an article from the BBC: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/1258604.stm
All a pheromone does is make you seem more attractive, and thus turn-on your SO, so that you all can get your groove on. :D Personally, I wouldn't mind a little more pheromones. <.< >.> ^_^

Gaia21 sells some perfume that has pheremones in it & I swear it works. We have testimonials from coworkers, and it's been put to test by the local news in the "fame or shame" category.
oops! Just realized she had already posted!!
