A little about Pagan Unity

http://www.witchvox.com/xunity.html

50 years on from the repeal of the witchcraft act, paganism has grown
from a ridiculed and feared cult activity, into the seeds of a new
and vibrant culture. The composed religion of wicca, historical
religions such as heathenism and schools of new thought like chaos
theory are giving people a REAL community to be part of.
Much of the hard work has been done now by The Pagan federation and
nowadays* you can tell someone you are a pagan and end up having
sensible discussion about theology and universe, rather than being
slated for being a devil worshipper.
Now is the time to stop fearing reaction and disapproval, and to
apply the best part of the rede^, "do what thout wilt".
We don't need to all have the same perceptions to unite, we just need
to respect that everyone has their own perceptions. That is it. The
REAL root of Paganism.
It is time to learn to respect other religions and traditions~, and
forge relationships, based on a common understanding, with others who
respect panatheistic/polytheistic values.

*In my experience.
^Depends how you want to look at it
~All but the most fundemental pagans, can agree our spiritual power
comes from one source. We need to stop fearing different perception.
