Need release from anxiety

please help me out and send prayers to releive me from my anxiety. i can't sleep, and i have tummy ache, it all started when i started freaking about the idea of dying. i need comfort and calming.

:abbed: Think of a special place you love to go to, listen to the sounds. Think of something that relaxes you. Call your guides and protectors around your bed, ask them to take your anxiety an calm your tummy. And to dispell the fear of dyin. Take a deep cleanseing breath in, breathe out the negativety and relax.
