Just a little over a year ago, I met Freyja at a Spirit Faire in Tulsa. She and I hit if off right away, and we exchanged emails. She emailed me with a link to a forum board (MW!) and I visited. I had never seen anything like it, and wasn't a member of any boards at all, didn't know the etiquette, hadn't a clue about anything. She said it would be a great place to showcase my dragons, but it's turned out to be so much more. Today is my one-year anniversary!!!
Being a part of MW has been one of the most wonderful group experiences I've had. This is a marvelous place to make new friends, learn new ideas and ways, challenge yourself to become a better person. I've expanded my perceptions of the world, argued with folks, made up again, and just generally been made to feel like part of a big family. I've learned much about myself and helped to solidify the feelings of the path that I've had inside me for a long time.
Saying thank you doesn't seem like enough, but it is from my heart: Thank you, Freyja, for bringing me here. Thank you, mol and Semele for starting this amazing place. Thank you, Mystic Wicks, for the family that you are. :hugz:
