Is it possible to read past lives in a tarot reading?

Here are some previous threads on the subject that I found by using "search this forum" and the keywords Past Life.

There are tons of others on the subject too, including many examples of past life spreads that members did for other members.

Well, you can do past life reading. But, How do you verify them?
When you can't verify them, then what is the use of them?
Perhaps, some may say that you may learn about yourself by knowing you past lives.
But my question would be how much are we learning from this lifetime itself?
Most of us keep repeating the same mistakes again and again...
Keeps me wondering whether we are learning anything at all or Is there anything to learn????

Most of us keep repeating the same mistakes again and again...I believe that learning which mistakes we keep repeating is one of the reasons to do a Past Life Spread. If we are doomed to repeat a lesson in this life because we didn't learn it properly in the last lifetime, don't we want to know what it is so that we can focus on it more directly? And not be doomed to repeat the lesson again?

Sorry, I just really like saying "doomed". :awilly: We're doomed! :tongueout

When you are doing a past life regression exercise, can it help to guess at a past life by thinking of made up senerios.

Well, if you're trying to find out whether or not you were Cleopatra, I can't help you. :)

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "made up scenarios", you mean like pretending?

If I was doing a reading I would tell the querent what type of person they were (not king or queen, but more like introverted, bossy, etc.), what sort of area they may have lived in and what sort of circumstances they may have been living under. Sometimes that will trigger a "memory" for the querent, but I can't be sure that those are accurate at all.

That type of reading makes for a good show, but it doesn't really help a serious person try to figure out any sort of karma or anything. It's just flashy. _wiz_

What I meant that, the other night I was telling myself ideas like maybe I lived during the fuedal system(more notably during Miedival Europe) like maybe I was a knight or something. I'm having a hard time doing it naturally so I was trying to think of ideas instead. It hasn't helped, but I thought if I thought of something it might work.

And ironically enough I've had at least one life during the middle ages, if not two.
