Where did this list come from? and have you personally tried any of them? What kind of tobacco did you use?

Litha, is it the list of substitutions at the back of Scott Cunningham's Incences, Oils, & Brew Book?

I have used that list as reference before & have used some of the subs in magical workings. It doesn't seem to have any negative effects.

I found organic tobacco leaves at a health food store. I was hoping to grow a small patch this year but just didn't have the space.
