Sorry if this is only wrong board, but this is where most people come.

right i have been experiencing this since i was 8 years old. I have been able to predict things through dreams, but not just like je ja vu. I have been able to walk around places that i have never been to before in my life. For example the night before i was going to a friend's house, i had this dream walking around her house, i saw everything, all the wall paper, the pictures on the walls, and frames, the colour of carpets. then i went to my friend's house the next day and everything was as i saw it in my dream. i had never even been near her house before. Another thing was when i was walking home from school this voice came into my head, it said 'I'm ok, don't worry about me, i'm free now'. i thought nothing of it at the time, then later that night i found out that my friend had died. then this other dream happened the other night. i was this woman, and my husband hit me on the top of the arm. i didn't know what this meant. then today my dad hit my mum, and on the top of her arm. thousands more things like this have happened, but i'm not going to write them all down.

I got really angry at myself and upset, because i could of stopped it and i didn't. i don't know what's happening with me and i'm frightened, it's out of control.

Aurora, I know what you're talking about, infact I know a lot of people who have the same eperiances. But at least you don't wake up with the cuts and bruises (I hope you don't). But don't worry about it, my theory is that the people who experiance these are using a part of their brain others don't. So don't worry about it. When you get the hang of it properly you may be able to change things. And don't feel guilty, because I've had some pretty rough eperiances when I first started seeing things in my dreams.

Aurora,

What you are experiencing might be something called Astral Projection, together with a predictive quality. In Astral Projection, people use their spirit to walk in places they normally wouldn't (couldn't) visit. It's possible to travel great length in the blink of an eye.

Although there seems to be no limit on the times we visit, usually people stay in the same time as now. Appearantly, you are seeing the future.

Now if you actually see the future... I don't know whether you could prevent it. What we see might be the only future path... in which case it's inavertable. However, you may have been chosen specifically to see one possible future, in order to change events and have a different future become reality.

It will be a rocky time for you. These things aren't easy. You will have to decide what to do: accept your abilites and use them to better the world, or accept them and do nothing? You might not be able to get it right, every time. You might blame yourself, as you did when your dad hit your mom. You will most likely lever in between.

Always remember: the ability to see it, does not imply the ability to alter it.

Okay...to get control of this kind of thing takes focus and practise, which takes a committment to find what works and use it consistently. Nothing is 'wrong', exactly, but your time-sense (which all of us have) is not completely in tune with 'when' you are in your life-script. That's okay, and you can adjust it. It's likely that you spent a past life either wishing for this power or actively hating someone who had it. The why doesn't really matter, what matters is how you respond to it now that you have it.

I wrote somebody yesterday on the pendulum technique, I'll go and clip that to post here in a moment. What's important about it is that your subconscious controls your brain, so communicating with your subconscious is one of the keys to getting a handle on this. It sounds like this 'power' has been, for you, to date merely an annoyance, but you can see how it could be an excellent tool, can't you? So I don't think you want to get rid of it completely.

If it were me, I would get heavily into Tarot Reading, Dream Works, and Meditation.
I would 'ground' each evening before going to sleep, and ask my subconscious to manage my dreams so that (a) the ones that don't really matter and will bother me will be forgettable and easily forgotten, (b) the ones that are going to be iomportant to me will happen very close to when I'm supposed to wake up and be incredibly memorable. Then I would sleep with a notebook and pen near my bed, ready to record my dreams in the morning. I would have my alarm set for half an hour earlier than I would have to wake up, to give me time to record my important 'off-time' dreams when I awake. I would wake up, ground again, and record my dreams as if they had no meanings or consequences for me, and then I would consider them, consider what to do about them, and probably do some Tarot readings about what to do about them.

If you think about it, if you could develop some Lucid Dreaming skills, these 'offtime' dreams are an amazing opportunity to discover the results of what will happen when you respond {at the time that they disclose} in a variety of ways.

In any case, choose in a way that you will be happy with your choice, begin acting somehow to understand/ control how these dreams affect you, and find a way to be happy with your choices and in particular that you have this tool in this life. Hating it or being afraid of it just makes into a challenge that's going to affect you for several more lives, until you learn to deal with it and be happy about it.

You might also want to check out data on Autism - - - there are a number of people (Dean Ing for example), who believe that a large portion of those who are Autistic just have their time-senses amazingly out of whack.

Pendulum Technique

Get a needle, some thread, a notebook, and a pen.
Work on your first question until you have it in open format (yes or no answer), and write it down.
On another sheet of paper, draw a big circle with a cross in the middle.
Put the thread thru the needle-eye, and hold the needle by the thread in one hand, with that arm's elbow on the table so that the needle's point is just above the intersection of the cross.

Mentally ask 'Which way is 'yes'?', and 'release' conscious control over your hand....you won't see or feel your hand or arm moving, but soon the needle will be swinging a particular way, across+away then back+toward you, or side to side, or clockwise, or counterclockwise.

When you get a response, write it down, and then ask 'Which way is 'no'?', and write down that response.

Then ask 'Which way is 'I don't know'?', and 'Which way is 'I don't want to answer'?'

When you have all of that, you're ready to begin.

Ask your questions, and find out what is going on inside you. You may be surprised.

It is common for many with clairvoyance and clairaudiance to astral project when dreaming.Do not be afraid .I would suggest that You learn to ground and center Yourself on a daily basis though. It will help greatly if feelings begin to overwhelm You. I hope this helps a little bit.

wow. thata amazing. ive had a few similar expereinces when i was younger but ive stopped. you cant feel guilt unless you were able to predict what was going to happen. although you were able to know that something was going to happen, you werent able to connect the two. so untill you have better control, i dont think you can be held responsible. take care. *HUGS*

Dosen't it just frost your buns when your psychic abilities start getting active at night??

Yup, that's what is going on. Next step: meditate. ''

The reason it happens at night is because you are relaxed of mind and body. Just like meditation. When you learn to calm yourself you will received info at anytime and you will be able to control your gifts.

I have been at it since the age of three. I'll be 56 this Dec 21st. That's a long time.

Welcome to my World.
