I think that's very broad. You'll need to be a bit more specific when asking for info here; people can't type out their entire bos for you ;) otherwise buy some books and read some websites.

hey wolfos3d
I just want to say that I feel like this. I wish there was just a guideline I could go through and see whats there for me. Unfornuately paganism is a very large subject,Its edged can be very blurred at times also.
I think yourll find to get some help you may have to do some research. Look for the kind of things you might be interested in. Hey look around this site, to get basic ideas and concepts. Then Im sure more people would gladly help you.
It is religion or concepts?
There is no one way to learn abpout paganism. Its varied from diffrent views to different cultures.
Now not to just be a nag head about it all.
Their is the occult
witchcraft
wicca
crystal healing
mediation
meduimship
divinity
candle magic
These are some topics from the top of my head. Its best to find the ones you relate to,and learn more then to be wanting to learn every aspect of paganism.

hey dont let it over whelm you. I remember when I first started to study.I was like I want to learn everything now.
I say the best thing to do is stick around here. I find I learn about something new everyday. I input in to the convosations but If Im not sure on a subject. I might sit back and what while the thread grows .Or if the subject has interested alot I will try and find more about it. Maybe googleing for sites or even buying a book on the topic.
The best I and others can start to help you, if you tell us how you got to this path or why your want to know about pagainism.

If you want a good overview, I recomend Solitary Practicioner by Scott Cunningham. It's on Wicca, but it gives you a good foundation.
Might I ask... what do you believe? This will give us a good place to direct you to. Do you believe in Monothiesm, Polythiesm, or Soft Polythiesm (multiple Gods, which are aspects of a singular)? Does big ritual, ceremony and... hooplah attract you? Or do you like the idea of folk magic? Is there a particular God or Goddess who you learned about in the past that strikes you as interesting?
Oh... and Welcome to Mystic Wicks! :D

Polythiesm. I'm just starting to research the gods and goddesses now but one that appeals to me is Tiamat.

That book is good, also Raymond Buckland's Complete book of witchcraft. Has everything in it.

WOLFOS3D, There is a pretty good book (imho) that I read when I first started my search....it's called The Practical Pagan by Dana....I forget her last name. That may be of some help. :reading:

Dana Eilers. I've seen the book in Barnes and Noble, but not with the rest of the majority of the Wicca/Paganism/New Age books. It was on the other side of the bookshelf with the parapsychology and science-and-magick-comparison books. :whatgives In any case, you can always ask the people who work at the book stores where it is...it's not the kind of book that will jump out at you.

hey dont let it over whelm you.
I think that's the best - and first - piece of advice anyone should give.
Read what you can, ask whoever you can, and make your own mind up about it all. You might learn stuff through email, but you don't necessarily get the variety of opinion that boards like this can give. Which can confuse everything more for you :crazyman: but it certainly makes things more interesting, and the learning curve steeper.

Just general paganism.
paganism.
land dweller.
go into nature
watch
listen
observe
take notes
learn meditation
go into nature again
watch again. what has changed ?
listen again. what do you hear now?
observe closer: what did you miss ?
FEEL. how does it feel?
(take notes if needed)
meditate more
Happy pathfinding!
