When I'm at work I leave my phone on my desk but the ringer on vibrate. Yesterday, I got off of the phone after talking to an underwriter and I was mad. I walk away to cool off and when I come back, the lights on my phone are on. I look at it and my phone is turning on. It was never turned off. And the battery was fully charged. No one in the office would have turned it off and on as a joke. They leave the personal cell phones alone. Could a spritual someone be messing with me? Or could my anger have turned it off? or?? any suggestions or ideas?

A mundane explanation could be that there was a glitch in the connection for the battery on the cellphone that caused it to lose power for a moment and it essentially "rebooted" itself. My cell phone has done that a couple of times.

A more magickal (and perhaps exciting) explanation could be that your emotional state did cause a minor effect in your cell phone. Electronic things do seem to be the most sensitive to these sorts of things. There are lots of people who can tell stories about weird power fluctuations that seem to happen coincidentally when they are really emotional about something (lights flickering, TVs turning on or off, etc.) Maybe this is a case of that.

When I'm super emotional, electrical devices near me go crazy. From bulbs burning out, to clocks stopping, to computers going nuts... it just happens to me. So, maybe thats what happened to you. :)

thanks guys! Ben I actually thought of it but it never happened before on any of my phones so I kinda dismissed it. But it could still be the reason. I'll just start keeping an eye on things when I'm really emotional and see what happend. :whatgives

don't freak until it starts getting really really hot & draining its batter in 2 hours just laying on a counter! And even then, only freak if it suddenly stops acting up & becomes 100% normal less than 24hrs later.:ghost:
