Question for Sailor Moon fans

I just finished a drawing of Sailor Moon for my little sister, but she isn't in her normal uniform. She's in this long flowing gown with wings. I don't watch the show and I am curious as to her name when she is in this dress. Is she Serenity then or is Serenity someone else?

I'm fairly sure it's "Neo-Queen Serenity" in the English dubbed version. Her mother was Queen Serenity, and she's the "new" Queen Serenity. I've also heard her referred to as "Serena" or "Princess Serena" or "Moon Princess" when she's in that pretty dress. :)

Okay... I am stumped.....
I haven't watched Sailor Moon for awhile, but I always thought she was either Sailor Moon or Serena.

Now that I think about it, I also recall "Princess Serena or maybe it's Serenity: I am off to search and see what I can come up with.... I'll let ya know.... BRB

Yup, as far as I've seen, she has that many names. I'm pretty sure it goes something like:

While on the Moon Kingdom, before reincarnation: Moon Princess
During Current life: Serena or Sailor Moon
In the Future, as Queen of the Moon: Neo-Queen Serenity or Sailor Moon

They also call her "Bunny" in the Japanese version, besides her Japanese name, which escapes me at the moment. Something with a "U". Usagi, I think.

But they're all the same person, basically. :D

Thank you. :) My sister has this picture of the sailor scouts on her wall, so I decided to draw Sailor Moon for her. The dress in the picture was pinkish, but I didn't like it. I also left out all the details of the crown. The picture was just too small to work with for that kind of detail. Anyways, my curiosity is sated. Thanks again. :)

A good website you might want to check out is http://www.senshi.net it will have some information and TONS of pictures from the series. It was origionally a comic book (manga). In Japan the series is called Bishoujo Senshi Sera Muun which means Pretty Warrior Sailor Moon. It's about a lunar Princess who is reincarnated as a klutzy girl on Earth. The woman who was responsible for her death in the lunar kingdom is still alive, and chooses about the time Usagi (Serena) is 14 to come back to life and try to take over again. Usagi is forced to become Sailor Moon, a "superhero." She meets up with 4 other girls (eventually there are infinate sailor senshi: the Sol system isn't the only one with planet warriors), and together they seem to beat just about any problem that comes along.
In the second season Usagi's daughter from the future, Chibi-usa ("Little Bunny", Usagi means "Bunny" or "Rabbit") comes into the past because in her time, her home is under attack. She had heard legends about how the warrior Sailor Moon could defete any enemy, and had come back to enlist her help. Big storyplot, then eventually she does and they both end up saving the future.
The third season introduces the Sailor Senshi (warriors) of the outer plants: Sailors Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn. Saturn is who the season plot circles around.
The fourth season I don't know much about because I havn't seen it yet, I've only read some things about it.
The fifth season centers around three mysterious senshi from outside the Sol system. You find out that they're in search of their princess, and that their homeworlds were destroyed. This season has not yet been dubbed.

Another excellent information source is http://www.eternalsailormoon.org it has extensive information on all the seasons, the manga, the musicals, etc there. You will find it the most useful, I think.
