Em Hotep all!
I am just a little freaked. I use my Tarot daily and frequently to kind of keep a running gauge on my day. Whenever I feel the need to do so, I pick up my deck, breathe, focus and shuffle and draw a couple of cards, or however many jump out at me. Well, today in three separate draws, I have pulled the Horned One (devil), Death, and the Tower-Reversed...Something is a-brewing! What do you think? Should I build a bombshelter and wait to go outside til summer?

Don't be silly. There are monsters under the bed. ;)
You've got a big change coming in your life that will cause upheaval. Upheaval gives you the chance to learn and grow as a person. As much as I hate the Tower card, it's one of the most valuable cards in the deck. The Devil card is one that tells you to look inside yourself and face the darkness therein. If you do not understand your own darker emotions and motivations, they will enslave you.

I'd face whatever is coming your way - short term might be hard but I think in the long run you will get a lot from it :)

Hello Darakash,
I think that midnightreflections and Nefer Sesemet have points. Remember the purpose of tarot is to give you an idea of what is going on in your life. To me, it's like an outlook on the current situations. If you continue on the path you are on now (depending on what area of life you are inquiring about, if any in particular) then you should be wise in your decisions. But I think those cards represent a few mishaps. If you remain mindful and try to make the best decisions at all times, you will come out victorious regardless. Life is full of lessons, remember that. As long as you believe you'll get through them, you will. Don't worry too much about it. :)

I guess what really got me, well, actually there are a few things...first, i have recently, as in within the last 5 days, just made commitments to several sweeping overhaul type changes in my life, both in the mundane and spiritual, after having hit a very dark and ugly point 7 days ago.
Then, I get these cards and EVERY one, in the Book that accompanies my Tarot deck (Ellen Cannon Reed's Witches Tarot) mentions that "these changes can often be painful, but are often seen to be worth it" and I sort of feel like, I just went through all that! The upheaval part and the pain of facing my own inner crap (devil); the dedication to major transformation (death) and the sort of lightening striking illumination zap of the (tower). Seems like this should have been the cards i got a week ago and I think my first reaction was like "Holy Sh*t, NOW WHAT?"
Does anyone think it is probable that these could all be sort of "past" cards, I mean it seems wierd that they would come up after the fact, especially since i have been very diligent in following through on the commitments I have made and have not been playing the fool-myself game, even when it has been tempting :)
PS: not monsters under MY bed, only in my closet! LOL

Then you've been lucky. I had monsters under the bed, in the closet, and even lurking in mirrors.

Oooh MIRRORS <shiver!> I have always had that fear, probably brought on by too many horror movies of looking in a mirror and seeing something awful behind me :hairraise When i was little I was so afraid of my closet that I used to leave the light on inside it when I went to bed, even then i would have dreams about being in there and all sorts of awful things happening...once I even sleepwalked inside it and was dreaming that I was caught behind something and trying to get out...I woke up standing inside my closet and clutching the hanger-bar thingy in my hands!
