A spell for Clarity

I was wondering if anyone knew a spell for Clarity? A friend of mine is having some serious problems at the moment I she just needs a little help finding the right desicion

Hi She-Nyx,
I don't have an exact spell to give you, but I'd be glad to share an idea with you. When I'm stuck and need some guidance I often meditate and simply open myself up to finding answers to my questions. I'm not a Wiccan- I don't normally cast the circle and perform any quarter calling and so on, but if your friend is a Wiccan she could certainly incorporate those things into the technique I use.
Often I will just sit quietly in an area that is comfortable to me- my bedroom or outdoors- and begin to breathe slowly and deeply. I usually visualize my "astral home." That's a place I created in my "mind" where I go to speak with the god and goddess, my spirit guides, animal guides, etc. I visualize myself walking into my home and sitting down. I then will ask the god and goddess or my guides to share any advice with me that they may have. When we are finished speaking I bid them farewell and then visualize a ball of golden light above my head. I visualize it lowering and encompassing my body, then raising up again above, lowering, again, etc. While this is happening, I focus on having an open mind and sensitive spirit, focus on being open to both physical and spiritual guidance- the light is "cleansing" me. Then I will stand and walk away from my home, visualize returning to the physical area where I sit.
I often burn a purple candle when I perform this ritual and burn sandalwood incense. That's just my preference. Also, sometimes when I visualize the golden light cleansing me, I'll focus on being open to something specific- say I need to know how to proceed with a situation at work.
Anyhow, that's just a simple technique I use from time to time. It's been rewarding for me so if your friend uses it, I hope she has great results.
