I can teach a Tarot class, how many interested?

Dear MWers! :hugz:

I have been wondering if there would be people interested in joining a Tarot class if I started one. We could start with the basics and then move on to creation of spreads, doing practice readings, exchanging feedback, tips and tricks, grounding before and after Tarot work, useful crystals for Tarot work, methods of shuffling etc.

It can be a very interactive course and from my side I can promise individual attention to every student.:huddle:

Hi Bran,

I made a search on this forum and couldn't find information about a tarot class as such, though I know Kalika is teaching the Divination class where they don't just touch upon Tarot, but on the whole gamut of divination techniques. What I am thinking is a Tarot beginner class that will delve specifically on the aspects of Tarot.

i'd be interested, depending on the coursework, and the time frame on assignments. my online time, as well as my tarot time varies day to day, so sometimes i will go days without touching my cards/computer, other days i won't put them down. so if there are going to be a lot of assignments, then count me out, but otherwise i'm in.

I think it would be helpful to have a solid class instead of just writing about each card in the deck. Some practical application instead of just regurgitating card meanings. :thumbsup:

As an aside for those having issues with Court Cards, and until a class starts... I began a study group for the book Understanding the Tarot Court by Mary K. Greer & Tom Little. Ya'll are welcome to check it out. It doesn't cover everything in tarot or in the book, but it has helped me come to know the court cards much better. I also highly recommend purchasing the book if you can. :)

Dear folks,

I wrote to Morr yesterday about the class I am planning. So I am just waiting to know whether the other class is starting any time soon.. If the teacher has already done some work on the class, I'd be happy to join that class as a student, but if nothing has taken off so far, then I need to know for sure where we stand. At this time, I have no information.
