ok i have these uncontrolled telepathic events where I hear a little bit of what someone is thinking just like they are speaking to me but without moving their mouth
my question is does anyone know where or how I can better this abbility
the one time i did control it i was with a freind and we had about a 1/2 hr convo in our heads but i think it freaked him out so we dont really talk anymore
but id like some help gaining some control on this :D plz and thnx anyone+ everyone!

I still do not know how to control my own or understand it fully, either...

But, it's almost like, I'll look at someone and I'll have a thought enter my mind, but it is not my own, it is their's. I've tested this with my ex and it came out quite accurate, but I wouldn't dare with anyone else.
