freaking dial-up

I also have dial-up.. its suppose to be 56k but it only goes 2.6kb per sec ... and I'm using netzero that keeps making my poor computer crash...

I too suffer from dial up woes... I live in the boonies and to get anything better you have to go through satellite. :bug:

yhea it is so annoying because i wanted to get tickets for my favorite nad, couldnt get on, then when i could get on it was sold out...*growls*

Dont think i could stand going back to a dial up connection :noway: . It was all right at the time but after being on DSL it would feel like an eternity for each page to load up.

On the other hand, sometimes the connection just decides it wont work so guess its not all good :p
