What did you do this weekend??

I have a new boy friend. His name is Blaise! Im so happy! I had a great weekend. What did everyone do this weekend? I took a train ride by my self. Im proud! HAHAHA :clapping:

I went out on a date with my husband and then we went to the music store,got some CDs,then went to the bookstore and I got some new herb and kitchen witch books. Other than that I did nothing and loved every minute of it!

Well, it was a long weekend because of the holiday so we did a lot! Thursday, we went to the inlaws for turkey, and then to Dan's uncle's house afterwards for desserts. We got to see most of his cousins that we haven't seen in a while, it was great.

Friday, we took it easy and put up all our Christmas/Yule decorations. We have a fake tree because of an incident with a certain toddler tipping our real tree just enough and spilling water from the base everywhere 2 years ago. :p So we put the tree together Wednesday afternoon so that it would be all ready to decorate Friday. The boys had a great time decorating. Every time I put more lights up somewhere they'd both shout "Yay!!!" LOL Friday night after she got out of work my best friend drove up here from Massachusetts with her new dog, Oscar. They stayed Friday and Saturday night. The boys fell right in love with Oscar. I've been trying to convince Dan to get a dog and one of his major arguments..."Conor doesn't like dogs" flew right out the window this weekend. :p

Saturday my mother in law came up and visited for a while. My friend had left to go to the nearest big pet store (45 minutes away) so Dan and I ran to go do some quick shopping while MIL was here playing with the boys. We got all the boys stocking stuffers, which was the only thing left to get for them, and I got the materials to make presents for my father in law and his wife, and for my mother in law.

Yesterday after my friend left for home we all just kind of laid around and vegged for a while. Then I got hubby to help me put up a new cabinet for my scrapbooking stuff so I don't have to keep everything in my travel bags so I might be able to actually find stuff so I might actually scrap occasionally!!! :lol:

All in all...I'm pretty tired and grumpy today after all that. ;)

I vegged and relaxed after my 27 hour cooking fest for the Thanksgiving feast....lol. I sat around all comfy cozy and watched Hallmark Christmas movies all weekend. Sometimes ya just need the sappy sentimental stuff.
