The Difference

"The Church of Satan" can define for itself what satanism is, but unfortuantely they seek to make their defintion Universal, going so far as to throw out and "flame" anyone who disagrees with them, even if they also "follow" the teachings of Anton LaVey!!!
Proof of this can be found on their own offical website (Which I believe is http://www.churchofsatan.com/ where they have a "Satanism Bunco Sheet"!

In the chart below, I am not attempting to exclude anyone who label themselves as a Satanist, but simply to show the difference between the two main streams of satanism...........

Yeah they(the website I quoted from in my first post) had the wrong URL on the website,The Satanic Bunco Sheet is on Theory-Practice link on COS Website under Policy statements,is that what you wanted to know?.

As for what the webmaster of that site was referring to I think when the COS Satanic bunco sheet says beware of other groups claiming to be satanic not to trust them(mY WORDS),because they are not COS,That the webmaster believed they were saying that the only legit Satanic church was the COS.I think thats how he viewed it,but I may be wrong.

I'm not sure what the author of the website you mention means about the Satanic bunco sheet; I don't see the part where CoS claims to be the only legitimate form of Satanism, but maybe I've skimmed past it?
