Dreams and reality

I have some really odd dreams and 90% of them happen or mean something ..most of them are just like... i see a doll at a spasific angle with like a bed and a dresser next to it and a few days later i see it in the exact same way! but somtimes its big. I just want to be able to desifer dreams from reality.it's getting to be a berten... its my gift but its making me hurt the people i love...help!!!
