How do you shut off your dreams?
Mine are plaguing me. They started out as a warning, but they have gotten worst. Right now I am working on being an insomniac, well I am already one, but I am becoming worst!
The last time I shut off my dreams, I asked my guide to help. I did not dream for a month and a half. I guess I want my cake and to eat it too. You know, some dreams you don't want to miss. ;) Any suggestions?
p.s. I tried warm milk :)

Hmm. Maybe they keep haunting you because you haven't seen what you're supposed to in them? Or because you haven't yet followed their advice?

Boy, now I really do feel welcome here. :)
As for the dreams, I know that they are a warning. I know what will happen. Usually, they stop after I realize that and I heed the warning. As for this one, I just meet my new co-worker, and it is she that I was warned about. Can't quit my job. But the dreams are just getting more graphic. I even hit the dream state when I take a 10 min nap. Just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with this and might offer some clues.
As for seeing what I am suppost to see... besides being in the supense/horror movie category, I not sure.
Thanks for your input!

Maybe it means that you can find another answer to this problem, or that indeed you should find another job and quit this one, even if you think you can't maybe it means it's more important for you to get away from her then anything else! :)

They sound pretty heavy and over bearing.. Ive never experienced dreams like that before.. but would deffinately agree with Willow and Loopy ~ you have to address the problema dn either mentally fix it or physically fix it. Is this girl really bugging you in real time? Is she is theres no doubt she will bug you in dream time! So try and let yourself not be bothered by her and see what happens :D
Oh and ~ Merry Meet!! :sunny:

Sorry, I have not gotten back here sooner. I have been thinking about it, which can at times be taxing and dangerous of someone like me (hehe). I have been waking up at odd hours of the night hand feeding pups, so I have been thinking about the dream in steps. I am finding that that helps alot.
The changing of jobs will happens sooner or later, that I have already dreamt about, just can't do it now. Soon though.
As for bugging me in real life... she is not. I sense that she has a multitude of questions to ask me and that she herself is trying not to show any dislike towards me. I guess I am too 'kicked back' for her.
I will still agree that there is something that I am missing, now I am getting the feeling that she is just a catalyst for something else.
I guess I will just have to wait and see.
Thanks alot for your thoughts, they have helped alot!

My dreams have plagued me alot lately, esp when my emotions are rampant, for a while they went away, and I was able to sleep again. Once again, I am back to insomnia and when I do sleep almost immediately entering a dream state. What I did last time was relax and enter a very accepting and at times even withdrawn state, but it didn't last long, so although I don't know how to stop the dreams, I just wanted to say that I understand completely.
