I haven't really been posting much, so thought i'd give you all an update.

I've been keeping off websites, just to try and keep myself busy in others way, gets things done and so on.... I'm on a roll about feeling better with myself & i don't want to ruin that!

I have just finished my last assignment on my Parapsychology course, i just have my final examination left now ... Please wish me luck that all goes well!
I've also been getting myself out more (with my partner) BUT i did walk home with my daughter on our own for a SECOND time! I can really feel myself getting better, i never thought i would!
I even bought a self help hypnosis tape for self-esteem... Oh my, i recommend this to anyone!!!! I can feel the benefits after just 4 days of using it, i feel loads more relaxed and confident with myself & i've learnt how to compose myself when i'm in an awkward situation.
AND, i'm sure as many of you are, i'm sorting out all christmas stuff, theres nothing worse than having to buy christmas pressies at the last minute in a busy town centre!

I'm gona be posting new pics of my babies soon :) they are growing too fast! Ethan is rolling all over the place, and has been trying to pick himself up in crawl position, and Elliemay is her usual little cheeky self :)

So there ya go, i'll post when i can! :flowers:

:) That's GREAT FGM!! I'm so glad you're feeling good! I hope you have the best Christmas ever!! I'm stalling on putting up my tree this year. Conner is 17 months, and he's MUCH more wild than his sister was!!
(All I can imagine is him climbing it...) Keep up the great work! I'm glad you were able to find something that helps you without having to give up nursing yet! :)

Sounds like you are doing wonderfully. Bravo for you. I'm so happy you're feeling better. Please do post the name of that tape for some of our other members. It sounds fabulous. Best of luck on your exam. And give your babies a big Christmas hug from me :hugz:

:) Thank you guys!!

The name of the tape is Build Your Self Esteem [AUDIOBOOK] by Glenn Harrold.
Some people have a problem with his accent though and don't feel relaxed by it. I think it's really relaxing though, i reckon the ppl who will have most problem with it is americans or other people outside of UK, only because it's an English voice. He does other titles too, like meditation, confidence, stop smoking and loads more....... I love it, and will definatly buy more! And to me, doing things like this are much better than going straight to taking meds :) I'm happy i am controling it with things other than meds! I definatly recommend it!

Heh, i remember my daughter like that last year, she was also 17 months old last christmas & she LOVED the christmas tree, several times when it nearly toppled over  luckily, my son seems much more laid back than she was.... Shes a right wild child! lol...

Thanks again for your encouragment!
