Hello,
I didnt see any other posts about this, and I think its important. Today was National HIV/AIDS day, to recognize the HIV/AIDS epedimic that is going on in the world. I think it would be great if people in our community could take some time for a moment of silence or burn a candle for those who have been diagonised with HIV/AIDS or that have died from it. Alot of people are fighting this, and with the way it looks.. we arent going to be having a cure coming out any time soon. The virus is adapting to the medications that in the past have been helping people. Only through education, protection and faith is this epedimic going to be slowed. I would have posted this sooner...as it's almost a day late.. but I went to go see Rae Lewis Thornton talk about her life with AIDS and the fight against it. It was great.. she is a perfect speaker for public audiences. Anyhow, thank you,
trisha
