Same here! My back and knee have been really hurting these past few days. I've had some stress over Kara's visit from Iraq (the back ouch I'm sure) and have been on my feet for days (baking for holidays).
So I can Sure sympothize with you, hon.

If you have a good herb store nearby go look for a product called Zhen Gu Shui, it works wonders for muscle and joint aches. It's kinda like Tiger Balm only better!!
