negative energies?

today i have been driving animals nuts. my sisters dog and cat were curled up sleeping all nice and everything, i come close to them, and the start fighting. other animals are acting strangely atround me too. so i'm wondering if maybe i'm just giving off bad vibes or something... is there any logical explanation behind why i could be doing this? or why i have bad energies? i don't think i did anything wrong today...

We have also been going through a cycle of solar storm activity that tends to make the animals a bit
more restless and agitated than normal. Face it, right now energies a plain crazy, and the animals are picking up on it. It may not be so much that you are giving off a "bad vibe" as you just serve as an amplifier for already chaotic energies. You might try carrying or wearing some hematite to ground your own energies and maybe "take the edge" off. It might make you feel a bit more comfortable too.

I love howlite for its calming and focusing energies as well. Lavender oil is good for calming as well.
