I am interested in learning about Celtic gods and goddesses but I am not sure where to look. If anyone knows of any websites or books that could help me in my search I would be very greatful! Thanks

Try Pantheon.Org (www.pantheon.org). They have essays on just about every deity you can imagine!
As far as books go..... look less for "Pagan-orientated" ones, because, in my opinion, they are often more biased and/or historically inaccurate. Try books on mythology in general, or books specifically on the Celts. Also, read history books, so that you have a better understanding of the way in which these deities were worshipped!
Good luck!

http://www.sacred-texts.com/neu/celt/index.htm is an excellent free website that has a lot of material about Celtic as well as other cultural myths.

Read the myths themselves. A good starting point for Gaelic (Irish, Scottish and Manx) myth is the Lebor Gabala Erenn and the Tain, which youshould be able to read at the link Ben G. provided. If you're more interested in the Welsh then read the Mabingogion. There is a set of myths and legends associated with Brittany as well, but the name escapes me at the moment.
