As this is my home away from home and all you guys are my friends and mostly in America ~ I just wanted to say that I am truely devestated by the anguish and tragedy of the world at the moment. I hope everyone from MW was safe yesterday and write ~
Strength
I loved, I cried, lit candles and prayed.
Weakness, gain more than strength.
Strengthen this world again.
Healing light send forever more.
Strength to all.

I did a reading on this this morning... I came up with the 2 of Staffs, the Tower, and the Queen of Staffs. So I see a lot of power involved, and of course the Tower showing destruction... but then the 2 of Staffs I have shows a sun rising upon a lovely landscape and a person holding a globe - so hopefully this new day will bring new hope. I think the Queen represents a lovely lady who can help us heal - ie. lady Liberty reminding us to unite and build peace, or even Mother Earth herself reminding us Goddess is there for us in this time of need.
Brightest blessings, enemies, friends, all people on Earth.

Thanks Willow ~ Lets hope with the queen is peace
I have wanted to do a reading all morning today but cant bring myself to at the moment. All my energies are very confused and my head so heavy. I just pray at the moment for the peace and love you speak of.

Wow! It really makes one think about the many wonders of the Tarot!
Wonder what/who the Queen represents.... ;)

I'm a bit too sleepy to write down everthing I drew, but the basic overview was that there's going to be challenges, but then great happiness and peace, and travel.

Just thought I'd add another synchronicity story. I always pull 3 cards in the morning that I study throughout the day. I was on a business trip, and Tues morning, 'bout 5:45am pacific, pulled the Tower, Temperance, and King of Cups. Turned on the tv.....

I was thinking that we could all use our tarot cards to meditate and send up energy and love for peace in this world and do something to support.
I thought we could use the World, Star and Sun card. Placing the Star and the Sun either side of the World. What do everyone else think? Anymore cards or any different cards?
I am planning to do my meditation tomorrow afternoon at 4pm GMT time so hopefully we can all time it together? Is that alright for everyone?
Also if anyone else has anysuggestions on this meditation please add... because Ive just made it up.. and think we should make it together
Lay the cards out infront of you. Look at each card clearly for a period of time that feels right. Take your time.
Now close your eyes and visualise each card combining together in a ray of white light. Think of each card again and combine them all. Follow the white light and see where that takes you. If you just hold the white light thats fine.
Now think of the world ~ however you like to visualise ~ a globe from space, maps, people uniting in a circle, different races smiling together.
When you feel ready and full of the white light visulise it going out into the world, filling the world and sealing its self in the world.
Again when you feel ready ~ that the world is full and complete send this energy upwards above your head, powerfully out into the world. You can do this by visulising a stream of light again going up into the sky, the globe floating off fast into the sky.. however you think fits you and is most effective.
This should take about ten minutes at least I think.
Hope everyone likes this idea.
Peace :sunny:

Sounds great, and I wouldn't change a thing!
So, it's set for Saturday, 11am EST/ 4pm GMT.
That works out great for me! My weekend events don't start rolling into action until noonish! So I can devote a bit of time to this!
