when i was younger, i used to have dreams that i had to get away from something ... like i was running away. i would go into my back yard, up into my tree house and start flying over all the houses in my neighborhood to get away from whatever it happened to be that i was afraid of. Sometimes to trick it, i would swoop down into people's back yards and hide in trees and stuff. Eventually, after a couple years of having this dream, i got to a place where i would be safe. It was a house a ways away from me and it's backyard was a forest and fairy's lived in it, or so i thought. i had to sneak past a bunch of people to get into the forest, all of which were intent to hurt me or kill me. Once i got into the forest, i don't remember what happened, but i stopped having the dream. I stopped thinking about it until recently; now that i've started to learn more about astral projection and obe, i'm wondering if this dream, which was always in color, might have been one of these experiances, or perhpas there's some kind of meaning behind it. I usually try to interpret my own dreams, and even thought this one isn't exactly affecting my life anymore, i'm curious to hear any opinons other people might have.
