help reading my chart?

i've read through explanations in a book, but i'm just not experienced enough for it to not lose it's fluidity as i flip from page to coordinating page to put it all together. and it's so lopsided.. six planets in the fourth house.. ? are my other houses lacking or just unaffected?

any help/thoughts are kindly appreciated

It's not that the other houses are lacking or unaffected, it's just that those houses aren't were your life is focused. And it's not just your 4th house... adding in the major asteriods and other useful points makes that entire quadrent packed.

Your chart is very interesting. At first glimps, it looks like you would make an ideal partner. Cancer asc is nuturing, but shy at times. Sun in the 4th part of a very powerful stellenium with Venus, Pluto, Saturn, Mercury, and Psyche. Moon in the 7th conjunct w/ Vesta. But Venus and Sun are in Scorpio. Though you focus on your home and your security, you're secretive about it and very protective over the basic things that make you who you are. That entire stellenium squares your asc... I'm thinking that who you are isn't what you let the rest of the world see.

Moon in Aquarius has a tendicy of being a bit cold... wanting to analyze the situation and make its natural energy less personal.

another thing to notice is that funnel formation. All of the planets, save one, are within 120 degrees. Starting with Mercury in the 4th to Moon in the 7th.

It's the focus of the funnel that I find the most interesting. Chiron sits in your 11th making a quardruple Yod. there's the Saturn/Chiron/Neptune, Saturn/Chiron/Mars, Pluto/Chiron/Neptune, and Pluto/Chiron/Mars. Alas, I am still learning how to read Yods... perhaps one of the others on the board could shed some light on these.

Wow, you are one of the densest "bundle" patterns I've seen in a long time! (Of course if you count Chiron as a planet, this is a bucket insead, but the same meaning applies)

What this tells me is that you are very skilled at tasks involving fourth house matters (home, family, real estate, traditions, history, etc). However, the flip side is that you are not as flexible as you might want to be - meaning you don't have a lot of other skills to draw on.

You are an introvert, and spend most of your energies on others rather than yourself. You are a very nurturing person, with both the Cancer ASC and its ruler the Moon in the fourth house. That's ruled by Libra/Venus in Scorpio, which say to me you are extremely protective of wha is yours, and woe to anyone who messes with you and yours. You are a faithful friend and a relentless enemy.

The key to taking advantage of your chart is to become more flexible (let some of that Scorpian control help you here) and react on more of a rational level rather than an emotional level. Do your best to adpat to situations around you rather than expecting them to change to suit you.

You are an extremely hard worker and don't sneer at doing "what it takes", with having your MC in Aries and it's ruler, Mars in the sixth house of work. Are you in your own business or do you run one out of your home? That's one of the possible interpretations of this layout.

ah, thank you both. it's shed a bit of light. i can definitely say my family and others i hold close to me are my world, although i am caring and nurturing to nearly everyone and i feel libran in that respect- i see sides of everything, am very indecisive and am a fence-sitter.. i dont allow myself to be AS cared for and nurtured and loved in return. i dont know why that is, but i find it almost impossible to let people know me completely, even a significant other, maybe even myself, i keep walls up. i'd love to let them down, but i feel so exposed and vulnerable.. any saving grace for that in the chart? but yeah, very introvert, always analyzing. while i do think im emotional, i can never find the words to vocalize feelings/emotions, so i do usually come across as cold... just wish i could communicate feelings better.

i dont own a business or work out of the home, no. i'm actually studying neurology and sociology, i'd be a professional student if i could. i wouldnt want to be tied down, but at the same time, i like security.

The Part of Fortune is an arabic part that shows where your 'fortune' in life is. Yours is conjunct to your Midheaven showing that your fortune lies in your carrer... possibly the mental development side since it is in the 9th house.

As far as a 'way out' for your chart... I think that that lies with Chiron. One of the things about a funnel chart is that a lot of the bundle's energy gets poured into the stand alone planet. Chiron is a tricky little guy. In a nutshell, he is what you are able to do for others better than you can do for yourself. Being in your 11th, this shows in your friends and social life (ever feel like everybody comes to you for thier problems?). To truely make the best use of your chart, I would suggest becoming more social than you are. Granted, not easy with that Scorpio Sun and Venus, but it'll be worth it.
