I could use someone to cry on. I'm just having a moody spell, brought on by...okay, well, a number of things. It's nothing serious, I just need to cry to someone and be petted and comforted...:(

Imagine that I am there...male, 6'6", 350 lbs, fully covered, comforting bear-like presence....enfolding you in a huge but gentle hug for minutes on end stretching into almost an hour. As you cry into my shoulder, I pet your hair gently, and grumble-hum soothingly. "let it all out, babe...drench me", I sway the hug into an almost- dance.....
<quite a bit of time passes>
When the faucets start to dry up, I carefully turn you to face away from me as you sit at my feet and I sit down.....then I gently but thoroughly rub your neck and shoulders...

undefinedSometimes we get overwhelmed at the things put in front of us. I hope that you find some comfort in this and that you find the power and courage in yourself to face your world and make it work for you and know that its ok to cry sometimes until then. _witchball

:hugz: Sweetie! This time of year can be hard on a lot of us. If you need someone to talk to, give me a buzz.

Thank you all for all the hugs. I feel all cuddly and loved now. :) And I'm feeling better now that I've slept, though I'm still prone to crying at random...not that this is anything new, but, y'know. I haven't gone on one of my hormone-induced crying rampages in a while. -_- Damn thee, birth control pills!

Here is a hug
However late
hope not a bug
or a lousy date
the rhyme is free
and so is my fee
although a kiss
would not be remiss

Indeed, I do! Getting from Reno to Dallas may be a bit difficult...but are you going to PanTheaCon?

Ummm, when you're ready, you might want to check into things that can help with side effects, like St John's Wort.

lol Yeah, I kinda figured as much... oh well, I've done without forever... so, nothing new... lol And no, not that I know of. Don't know anything about it. PM me some info if you like. That way we will cease to clutter up this thread. =)
I hope you are feeling better, Cielamara! I really know how you feel, and it's not fun. Although, mine's not bcpill induced, mines just straight depression... but I hate the crying jags... they're the pits. Sleep usually does help. If you can, you can also try a short walk, sometimes that will help as well. Or just curl up with a good book or movie, something that's funny and will make you laugh, or something that's comforting... *more hugs* Take care of you! =)

Aaand thank you for the hugs that followed my previous thanks. :)
Yes, the crying jags do suck. But I think I'm over it now. I've gotten over it, as silly as it was, and am now planning my defenses for when I get picked on this weekend while I'm with my extended family.
Marishae: your post made me think of something that's become amusing now, since some time has passed. I made the awful mistake of buying "Tuck Everlasting" and watching it just after I'd started the Seasonale. I cried for TWO HOURS. Over a movie. And when I started telling my friend about it the next day, I cried again. I spent all that money and I STILL can't watch the movie without sobbing hysterically! I have learned to be very careful with what movies I buy!
