speaking with spirit guide.

I consider myself an empath, and I've posessed clairaudiance since a very young age. However, I'm looking to forward my skills.

My spirit guide, Bess, is always with me, and I know she's there, and she's been able to contact me, ask me things, etc, before, but lately, however, she's been drown out. I try so hard to hear her, but its near impossible. Either she's quiet, or someone/something is making noise over her.

any suggustions on how to listen? or... turn up the vollume so to speak.
specific meditations, or something?

Went through a recent 'bout of this myself a few weeks ago. What I discovered is that They were just giving me a rest, returning my focus to mundane life for a few weeks, like a vacation. Give yourself some time and relaxation and all should be well soon.
