moving question/help request

Have any of yall ever done any sort of something to facilitate a move/relocation? I am locked into a time construct and everything that can be delayed is being!! I need to demolish all the red tape and get folks falling over each other to get the septic tank in, the power pole and wiring done, the house delivered, the county to approve it all, yada yada yada..any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I've worked with Sarge (The God of Motivation) for red tape issues. He's a constructed face of the Urban Triple God (but no less real) to some of us Urban Mass. Pagans. Imagine him as a really in-your-face drill seargent who motivates you to get up off your butt and DO SOMETHING RIGHT NOW YOU WYRM!

He's good for motivating other people too . . . but he will only push them so far. If they are truly unable to do what you need them to do, he leaves them alone and will come tell you so, in no uncertain terms.

Example: I was supposed to have a part delivered for my steam radiator, without which I had no heat for one room of my apartment. I'd called my landlord several times, left messages, dropped a note in my rent check, etc for a month. Finally I'd had enough. I asked Sarge to go talk some sense into my landlord so I could have heat. *insert spiffy ritual here* Not 2 hours later my landlord stops by, looking over his shoulder in a harried fashion, and drops off the part I need. Voila!

Don't ask Sarge to do petty stuff for you, like hurry the pizza delivery guy along, but he's good for big stuff like moving and such.
