In need

Hi, I could really use any spare positive energy you could send my way. I am spending my first holiday season single in ten years, and last night the crap really hit the fan. I think I have reached an all time low for depression right now and I really need any help anyone can spare. Last night I found myself in the parking lot of the local bookstore, crying and screaming uncontrollably. And I just can’t seem to recover, I need help please, thank you.
