Jul finds many away from friends
guide each lost one to their kin

My family wants for nothing
pot boils strong, bodies are hail
Disir have watched us well this season
I ask of you for another reason

Words I have read in other posts
families suffer, people are lost
Odhinn share wisdom, Thor guard them
Tyr dispense justice, Freyr feed children

With oaths and boasts I honor you
makers of Midgard, champions of men
slayers of trolls, etins and garm
help these others, ride them from harm

Fenrir's binder, Tyr of Asgard
warm winds blow, the sun returns
today we seek yours, justice and law
contract keeper, guide these all

Today I come, not asking for kin
we work well, not troubled by laws
but others I read, suffer injustice
grant them hearing, give guidance

I come now as a child of Mother Earth to honor The Kindred in this place.

To my ancestors of both blood and spirit I give my thanks.
This year has been one of many blessings and few hardships.
My son continues to grow strong and straight.
His wisdom as a child surprises me.
His talents of song are beyong question.
My wife has not aged and yet grows more wise each day.
Her beauty and character make me envied among many.
For a lifemate I could choose no better.
I have been healthy and I have learned much this year.
You have guided us well through these months.
Accept these words as praise offerings and know that you are remembered.

To the wild spirits that have surrounded me through this year I give thanks.
You have served as messengers of the other worlds.
Inspiration from you has cheered me on many mornings.
The beauty of your being, your songs, and your calls always amazes me.
To my mockingbird brothers, I give special thanks for being so near my home.
To the scissor-tail flycatchers, you are marvel and well represent my Oklahoma spirit.
To the trees I have touched, the flowers I have smelled, the mountains I have seen,
I owe you too much to express here.
Accept all of these words as praise offerings and know that you are remembered.

To the Shining Ones, Aesir and Vanir of Asgard, I give thanks.
I have traveled through Midgard this year, safely each time.
You protected my family as we traveled to Rome.
You calmed my parents and sister during our airplane flights to Denver.
Odhinn you have granted me wisdom.
Tyr you have always been just.
Thor has protected us from all trollkin.
Freyr has provided bounty of harvests.
Frigg and Freya, we grow through your love.
Accept all of these words as offerings of praise and know that you are respected.

Finally, I speak to those Outdwellers ...
To the wights, trollkin, etins, giants and other spirits
that choose not to assist in my family's care or protection ...
You have been patient and accepted my offerings when I have needed communion
with The Kindred.
I wish you no ill. May no harm be to you.

The Great Wheel Turns and we ride onwards. May the skies never fall. May the seas never rise. May the land never crumble.

To she who sees all fates but does not tell of such things,
wife of Odhinn and mother of Gods,
Baldrs tear giver,
Frigg.

Thank you for the love my family shares.
You hand as the great mother is felt by all.
I wish to offer praises to you.
Pease accept my words as offerings.
In return, I ask for comfort and guidance.
Nt for myself, but for the friend called Tabby.

Frigg you heard the prayers of the Volsung seed
and caused the Alfather to send the apple.
From that apple there came the great tree.
Tales are told and songs are sang of the Volsungs.
Volsungs are the children of Odhinn and Frigg
mighty parents indeed.

Frigg was the greatest of protectors.
She sought out all manner of things and gained oaths
they would not harm the son Baldr.
Though tricked by Loki to betray the little mistletoe,
you wept for Hod's victim.

Frigg be this same mother for Tabby.
Comfort with compassion as you felt for Baldr.
Lend your voice to Alfather's ear in her cause.

Thank you great mother. May you alway be hail in your hall.

Odhinn, respected Alfather,
Slayer of Ymir from whence Midgard was torn,
For nine days the rider of the great ash which connects all worlds,
drinker of the sacred mead,
one who sacrificed an eye for the greater vision of Mimir's well,
may you be strong forever, may Sleipnirr always step wisely,
may your hall resound with hearty feasting,
may you always drink the finest wine.

These are busy times great rune carver. The digital druid who calls to your hall is drained of vigor. Many rely on me in the times to come. Bolster my will. Strengthen my resolve.

The men who stand beside me know I call to Asgard. Let my deeds demonstrate that Aesir and Vanir are hail.

To Freya, bringer of love
counter of dead,
driver of cats,
love.

My family has warmth and love in plenty.
Friends have joined us for holidays and returned home well.
We are respected and liked.
For myself and my family there is no thing lacking great goddess.
Instead, there are others I hear and seek to guide.

I see that another one I know is hurting.
As I asked Frigg to care for Tabby, I ask you to watch for Charm.
There is enough hurt in the world.
There is enough disaster.
There is enough conflict.
Take time to touch one person and let her feel warmed by your nearness.
She calls to her God for help. If it is in your will let her God hear her words.

I offer my praise words to you in return for your caring touch to Charm.
