hands and windows

usually i have no problem figuring out my dreams but this one has me stumped.. its not even a proper dream its just a flash of hands reaching through my bedroom window grabbing me.. it makes me jump and i wake up straight away.. the first time the hands reached through the window of my bedroom window in the usa and last night it reached through the window of my room here.. its happened a couple of other times too.. it doesnt have a bad feel to it's just sudden and unexpected and makes me jump..
everything i have looked up about it so far says hands and windows are good signs but i have no idea why it is happening.. its been going on for about a week..

Hmm, well if it doesn't feel bad...than it's probably not...though I think that would probably freak me out...lol. Anyways I always go with how I feel about the dreams. I would say maybe keep your eyes open for something unexpected. If it's reaccuring it's probably pretty significant. I'd also sugest medititation to help figure it out.
