I have been having a lot of dreams lately where I'm picking up people's energy.

I wrote something very similar in my journal already but here are a few examples:

1st Example: I had a dream about my friend, Tiffany. In my dream she told me she was thinking about breaking up with her boyfriend. At lunch the next day, I told her about what I dreamt. She told me that she was thinking the same thing; she wanted to break up with her boyfriend.

2nd example:
I had a dream about my sister drowning in brown water. She has been feeling very "down" lately.

3rd example:
My friend heather is jealous of my friend annie because annie gets all the guys. Heather's VERY jealous. They had a big argument last night because heather kissed and went on a date with annie's ex boyfriend. ect
The night after the big argument ..I had a dream where my sister was kissing a guy I liked on the beach. I was SO jealous and I was thinking "My sister gets all the guys!". I felt that I was picking up on my friend heather's energy toward annie. (keep in mind, I didn't know about the argument until after I dreamt this dream)

Examples like these..do they happen to you? Do they progress over time? What causes this? Any info would be great!

well it could be that you are becoming more sensitive to energies. I don't know how much you know, so forgive me if I say the odvious. everyone interacts with everyone else on more than just a physical level, the way you project yourself to others impacts them in some way. there are martial art forms out there that teach the suddle changes in just your position to affect the oponent's center of gravity (i have had this done on me and it is fasinating). energies of a person can be picked up easier than collecting thysels by walking through a feild, usualy we don't even realise them, or subconciously sheild against them but they can still affect us. As you become more sensitive you can read these energies deeper than how they affect you (well that is technicaly part of how it happens, but not nessairly the only way).
Now the question becomes what (if anything) can you do about it? or if anything needs to be done for the highest good.

ive experienced the same thing...sometimes you become very sensitive to everything and everyone around you....sometimes more-so than other times...hate to be painfully obvious...sometimes I think its your subconsious showing you these things trying to scream for you attention about something else.... but thats just a theory..
Ive experienced this..
for example...
my friend's bf cheated on her and she withdrew for a while...I tried to help her but she would have nothing to do with me or anyone else...
I dream't that she was drinking every-night and this worried me....
I called her and asked her if she had been drinking and she had been....
its hard to tell always what it could mean....
I guess it varies
