That we all use the holidays as an excuse to pig out?!
I don't eat a lot at the best of times, but I've over eaten so much just cos it's Christmas, and all the wrong stuff! Right now I feel so sick and bloated and I'm sitting here thinking 'Why O why did I eat half a box of chocolates, a whole packet of cheese sticks and so many shortbread biscuits in the space of 2 hours?! I am meant to be going on a date this afternoon... You know what's gonna happen next, I'll get a spot just before he arrives! :crylaugh:

All mammals eat alot before winter to get fatter to stay warmer and
keep them alive when theres not no food around because its winter.
We have big feasts at the holidays because we are mammals perparing
for winter, humans didn't always have supermarkets and furnaces
you know we have the same instincts as our ansestors!

everyone needs to let loose at times and the holidays for some reason seems to dull the guilt.. i guess its cause everyone else is doing it too lol
