Laugh if you want, but yes, it is. :) It's in a tube just like mascara, but it's white. You put it on and let it dry for a few seconds before you put on the mascara and it really works! I thought it was going to be one of those pricey mistakes that I go "duh" afterwards, but man, it works so good that I love it! Makes me use less mascara too, because it takes the place of a coat or two without all the glopping.

Baby wipes go a long way in taking makeup off at night without hurting your skin. I don't get bothered by it as long as I don't use 'natural' products...then I get rashes from hell.
