am i awake, i'm freaking out!

Ok I can't sleep good and somtimes fall asleep at the computer
cos I'm not supposed to stay in bed when I can't, and I just
did and then woke up, or thought I did. I don't no if this is a dream
or what, I'm pretty confused, I don't know if I'm awake right
now or dreaming!
I was reading a thing here on MW and then I guess I fell asleep
but then I woke up, or maybe it was a dream that I woke up, I'm
not sure, I remember getting up to go pee and walking outside,
which is weird because I never go outside this late even when I
can't sleep, and I stood out by the door and closed it and got
scared and then I couldn't remember how to open the door, I'm sure
i was dreaming, I just stood there trying to figure out how to
get back inside, how to use a door and then I tried it and, ok this
is wierd I know, but I reached for the door and I didnt have
no hands to turn the knob with, I heard somthing moving behind me so
I turned to look and, I FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR! I mean I woke up
and must of been dreaming, cos I was back INSIDE in my room, I fell
out of the chair and woke up... but this is weird because I realy
DID have to pee and so I went to the bathroom and while I was going
the light went out and I was in the dark, I got scared and tried
to stand up but I couldnt move, it was dark and I could hear somthing,
then its wierd cos I WOKE UP IN MY BED! I was so confused I mean
I guess I had been dreaming again but I didn't know why I was in my bed
I fell asleep at the computer, I went to get out of bed and was
all confused, somthing seemed strange but I dont remember what, but
I remember thinking that somthing was strange and I heard somthing
tap at my window it totaly freaked me out but for some reson I had to
look even tho I was scared, I went to the window and looked out,
I didnt see nothing but I think I stayed there looking for a long
time, so long that my legs got tired from standing so I was going to
sit down and when I turned around, ok I'm shaking right now to
write this, when I turned from the window to the chair, I SAW MYSELF
sitting there, like just staring at the screen, saw myself in the
chair, I screamed I know I screamed, but the sound didn't come from
me, it came from the me in the chair, here's where it gets real
horrible because then it WAS me in the chair and I wasn't at the
window no more, I'm so confused now I don't know whats going on
I'm not sure if I'm awake right now or asleep or if I'm going to
wake up again but I'm realy freaked out, what the hell!

OMG it just hapened again I realy must be going crazy I just
found myself on the floor in the main room in the dark, i mean
i posted this in my room at the computer with the lights on and all and
I was all confused and I was waiting for somone to reply and then
I just woke up on the floor in another room I don't remeber
going there but I woke up there or maybe I am still dreaming
i donno whats going on I got up and came back here and the lights were
out and the chair was pushed in like I normaly put it when I
leave but I don't remeber leaving I was here and then just THERE,
on the floor and its worse then that becasue I must of kinda
had a accident cause i wet myself on the floor this is horible
pleeeze somone tell me if this is a dream Im afraid to close my
eyes what the hell is wrong with me

Sorry I'm ok, just bad dreams, I'm awake now with my dad.

Umm... may I recommend sleeping pills? Thats not the sort of thing you want to go through v often. im exhausted just reading it. I dunno how u feel

based solely on what you have posted here I would seriously recommend that you get some professional help, some counseling meds or something.. I'm not saying it to be mean but if this sort of thing goes on on a regular basis then there is something pretty serious going on with you that needs to be addressed..

it is just possibe that you may be experiencing involuntary astral travel.
it's not something im very well versed in, but im sure there are people around who are. try asking questions about that in another forum, and see if the responses tally with your experiences.
