**On bended knee I come and pray:**
Please help me to realize that I needn't carry the world on my shoulders.
My pain is real and it hurts doubly so when I fail those who mean the most to me.
I feel as though I must stand on the bridge and not let any harm pass,
but I am not strong enough to bear these burdens. I desire to do what is right,
but sometimes it is hard, especially now and in the situations that I am in now,
to know just what that is. Please nudge me in the right direction... and should I fail
to pay heed, take out the appropriate sledgehammer and
knock the sense into me to go the right way.
I thank you and leave this offering for you and the creatures you protect.
**I leave a freshly baked loaf of bread and a cup of wine, slowly rise and walk away**
