There is a big GIANT piece of chocolate pie floating around the pool and it crashes into a big-ole pile of whip-cream floating by. Then the pie breaks in half and sinks, a-la-titanic style! :lol: :rotfl: :hehehe:

I've been so inspired by a couple of exercise threads on MW lately that I started doing the Salute the sun yoga routine in the mornings. I start with 5 minutes of grounding meditation, to the asanas and the 10-20 minutes of meditation. It is about 10-15 minutes of postures. I'm enjoying this, and it helps me keep my balance and flexibility.
