I really love Amy Brown's art (http://www.amybrownart.com) as well as Jessica Galbreth (http://www.enchanted-art.com/) You might want to check around as for the usage policies depending on what your friend is doing to do with the art.

Brian Froud is one of the only fairy artists that I like. His website is www.worldoffroud.com

Oh, LittleRhiannon--thank you! I can't believe I forgot about Brian Foud! I own his Faeries Oracle, along with some of his books and love his work. Thank you for mentioning him.
